    • i love to tell the story

      Saturday, February 14 guest speaker Leiann Walther will give a 3-hour presentation on the Bible from start tofinish. Leiann has a background of working with middle-school-age children and presents on a level of understanding for youth and adults. 

      This is a churchwide invitation to come and bring your friends and family. It promises to be entertaining and educational. Sign up HERE  by Wednesday February 11. 

    • february 15th

      Worship with us this coming Sunday, February 15, 2026. We celebrate our annual "Faith Promise Sunday!" 

    • pastoral bible study

      Pastor Duane has been hosting a Bible Study on "Genesis for Normal People," on Sunday's at 4:00 p.m. The final part of the 5-part study will take place on February 15th. Come join us in the T.J. Whitehead classroom (room 132). 

    • uwf's february mission

      During February, the UWF will be collecting diapers and sanitary products for the NC Diaper Bank in Hillsborough. Please bring your donations to Room 114 and place on the designated table there. Click HERE for a list of specific items and instructions on making monetary donations if that is your preference.

    • chili cook-off

      The Annual Chili Cook-Off hosted by the Youth of FUMCG has been moved to 2-22-26. We will eat together in Stafford Hall after the 11:00 service (right about noon) and will offer to-go boxes between the services (from 10:00-11:00). If you plan to enter your chili, please contact ANNA to let her know the ingredients! The winner takes home a $50 gift card to Steve's Garden Market! 

    • caregiver support group: monthly meeting

      On the 4th Tuesday of the month at 12:00, a Caregiver Support Group hosted by Alamance Elder Care will meet in room 104 (the Church Parlor). Some meetings feature special guests or agendas.
