What you need to know!

Newcomers Guide

If you are thinking about joining us here at FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH in Graham for Sunday Worship, here is some of the information that will help answer questions you may have on your first visit. Our worship is open to all and all are welcome at the Lord's table for communion. There is no expected dress code for either service.  There is nursery available for our youngest visitors during both services and "Kids Kits" are available for older children to engage them in worship and keep hands busy.

Check with our friendly greeters for directions and any other questions you might have.

  • 9 AM  -  CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP

     "THE WELL"

The 9 am service is located in our fellowship hall on the right end of the building. Look for the large "THE WELL"  signs flanking the doors. You are invited to dress casually and grab a cup of coffee from our coffee bar on the way in. There is a children's message for the kids and nursery is available.

  • 10 AM - DISCIPLESHIP HOUR

The hour between our two worship services is a great time to connect with others in bible study and fellowship. We have Sunday school classes and groups for all ages. Just ask a greeter for directions to a classroom. There are signs near the ceiling will help you find your way.

  • 11 AM  -  TRADITIONAL WORSHIP

Our traditional service is held at 11 am in the sanctuary located at the left end of the building. Our beautiful faceted windows, pipe organ and traditional creeds and songs set the stage for reverent worship. If traditional worship is what lifts you, a warm welcome awaits you  there. There is a children's message for the kids and nursery is available.

  • Connect, worship, grow, serve

There are so many ways to connect, worship, grow and serve for all ages at our church we could not list them all here. Speak with or email a staff member and they can help guide you to a group that will fit with your needs and interests. We are glad to welcome you into our fellowship!
